Service Description

If hands-on help isn't what you need at this time consider our Virtual Care! As a parent it's hard to plan appointments around required feedings, naps, tantrums from another child, household tasks, transportation issues, and everything else. Instead of waiting for your next counseling session, peer support group or partner availability - you can book a day to text (or voice call) for immediate response. If you need someone to listen to you vent, share your journey, ask for reassurance, process feelings, or share in a parenting win - we're here when you are. Sometimes it's easier to say things in the moment, type them out, and know that whatever thought we needed to get out of our head is heard, but not going to be judged. Protected conversations when you need them the most - hormones are uneven and exhaustion has set-in. No pressure to respond immediately or arrive at an expected time, the day is yours.

Cancellation Policy

Client canceling or rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any additional fees. Client canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before a shift, but more than 2 hours before a scheduled shift will incur a fee equal to 1 hour of service. Client canceling or rescheduling less than 2 hours before a scheduled shift will incur a fee of 50% of the total hours scheduled that day. These fees do not apply in the case of a true emergency, public health crisis, or severe weather condition cancellations.
