Cancellation Policy

Client canceling or rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any additional fees. Client canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before a shift, but more than 2 hours before a scheduled shift will incur a fee equal to 1 hour of service. Client canceling or rescheduling less than 2 hours before a scheduled shift will incur a fee of 50% of the total hours scheduled that day. These fees do not apply in the case of a true emergency, public health crisis, or severe weather condition cancellations.
